No Refunds
All sales of leads and services by Agentsly are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued once leads are delivered.
Lead Quality
While we strive to provide high-quality leads, all leads are provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding their completeness, accuracy, or usability. Clients accept all inherent risks associated with the leads.
Dispute Resolution
In the event that a lead is found to be invalid or fraudulent, clients must notify Agentsly within [number of days] days of receipt. Agentsly will review the case and may offer a replacement lead at its discretion.
Non-Refundable Fees
Any fees paid for lead generation services are non-refundable. This includes setup fees, subscription fees, and any other charges associated with the services provided by Agentsly.
Compliance
By purchasing leads and services from Agentsly, clients agree to comply with all terms outlined in the Lead Generation Agreement.
